Having a Physical Therapy background and bodywork experiences, Stacey offers Active Stretch Therapy which combines a number of stretch techniques, trigger point therapy, accupressure, graston and muscle energy to improve muscle mobility, decrease pain, and increase range of motion. Theses techniques can alleviate issues such as: headaches, neck pain, TMJ, tendonitis, hip pain, sciatica, knee and ankle, foot pain and much more. In addition to bodywork, Stacey offers Reiki deep healing within the body and Active Training Therapy for outside the body increasing balance, core strengthening and mobility movements. These treatment plans encompass the whole self – nutrition, corrective exercise, personal training, and self-healing practices to create Self Efficacy at home.

Corrective Exercise/Mobility Training: Focuses on Mobility to pre, post, rehab, and corrective strength training. We help strengthen imbalance in muscles and misalignment in the body. This program will help prep your body and muscles for surgery and help recover after surgery, we will help correct improper form with exercise so that you can take to your gym at home or local facility. This program will increase core balance strength for stronger feeling in your daily living in your body and mind, all while helping manage chronic pain.
